Atelier 1.37" Mini Croustade Shell (288 ct) are shelf-stable, delicate but strudy shells perfect with sweet or savory fillings. Fill with pastry cream, chocolate ganache, frangipane, mousse, mini salads, tartare and more. This one-bite tart is a great addition to a buffet display or as a passed dessert, and get the benefit of time and cost savings over preparing tart shells from scratch.

Storage Conditions: Keep box closed. Store at room temperature (59-68F, 15-20C); keep out of direct sunlight, humidity, and odors. Keep refrigerated after opening at 37-41F (305C) and protected from foreign odors and light.
