This Vollrath stainless steel #10 scoop for consistent 3.25oz portion batter or prepared product is a heavy-duty scoop and has a molded one-piece handle that improves durability, making cleaning easy and preventing the handle from coming apart. The #10 disher gives consistent and accurate 3.25oz portions and is great for hot and cold use. The scoop is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure a longer life.

These dishers are not recommended for use with ice cream, frozen foods or other hard food products.
