Little flakes of white chocolate compound with a thickness of 0.5 mm which are particularly appreciated in the decoration of sweet products or in the finest coatings. With a shiny look and being easy to use, they can help finish off sweets with a very effective decoration. In the ice-cream sector they are widely used both as a decoration and as an ingredient for ice-creams such as "Stracciatella". In addition, they can be used to garnish ice-cream cakes, mousses, truffles, etc.
