Printed copies will also be available at The Pastry Depot for completion prior to the start of class. No student will be permitted to participate without a signed waiver.
My daughter and I attended this class along with a very diverse group of other students; the instructor was attentive, patient, informative, personable, and professional. We came away with not only an understanding of the composition of chocolate, why it has to be tempered, how to keep it in temper, and how to return it to temper, but also a bakery box full of goodies we created while learning hands-on. We will definitely be returning for the ganache and bonbon classes, and maybe even the macaron class...!
