Hero Strawberry Compound professional-quality, concentrated paste flavoring can be used to add or intensify flavor in your buttercream, custard, ganache, and more. It is bake-proof, easy-to-use, versatile, and freeze-stable. You can use Hero Compounds to flavor Bavarians, buttercreams, batters, custards, mousses, puddings, cream cheeses, ice creams, milk shakes, yogurts, ganache, creams, gelato, and more.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight. Refrigeration after opening not required but suggested to extend shelf life.

Ingredients: Sugar, strawberries (30%), glucose syrup, modified waxy maize starch, flavouring agent, acidifier (citric acid), color (erythrosine)
