Fat Daddio's Cake Pan is 3" deep with a removable bottom and made of anodized aluminum, ensuring even baking, a nice rise, and rapid cooling to prevent over baking. These professional-quality pans are seamless and straight-sided for perfect cheesecakes, upside down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes, bar-type cookies, and brownies. Due to the density of cake batters, these pans will not leak. De-panning is as easy as pushing through the bottom!
