The highly-concentrated, vibrant colors mix easily and provide consistent hues without impacting product texture or flavor, making Chefmaster Liqua-Gel the preferred option for gel coloring with many pastry chefs and bakers.
Note: Chefmaster Liqua-Gel cannot be used in chocolate on its own. It must be combined with Chefmaster Candy-Flo prior to applying to chocolate. Direct application of Liqua-Gel to chocolate will cause the chocolate to seize.
