Chefmaster Candy-Flo Candy Color Maker turns any Chefmaster Liqua-Gel coloring into an oil-based coloring for chocolate or any other fat-based creation. Candy-Flo allows you to create the perfect chocolate color without worry of seizing or breaking. Simply combine Candy-Flo with your desired Liqua-Gel colors until your perfect hue is reached, then use the mixture to color your chocolate.

Note: Chefmaster Liqua-Gel cannot be used in chocolate on its own. Direct application of Liqua-Gel to chocolate will cause the chocolate to seize.

Ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Soy Lecithin.

Dietary Notes: Vegan, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-Free. Contains Soy. Made on equipment that processes milk, eggs, wheat, and tree nuts.

Storage & Shelf Life: 24 months when stored in a tightly closed container in a cool place. Avoid
exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
