Cacao Noel Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Gianduja 21% (5.5lb) smooth and creamy milk chocolate blended with delicious roasted hazelnut paste. With a solid but softer texture than couverture callets, this block chocolate is easy to cut and use in a variety of confections, enrobe with chocolate, or melt for flavoring other mixtures.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.
Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa paste, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor
Additional Notes: Sugar: 38% Cocoa mass: 21%.
Applications: Primarily used as a flavoring.
Directions: Typically melted and then incorporated into a mixture.
