American Almond Almond Paste is made from California almonds that have been blanched, slightly sweetend, then ground for a paste with subtle almond flavor. For production of items such as petite-fours, macarons, biscuits, croissants, and cakes or add confectioner's sugar and syrup to create marzipan.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); keep in an airtight container after opening.
